Below is a current list of special events for the Gayle Wells Foundation for Early Onset Alzheimer’s & Care:

4th Annual Forget-Me-Not Golf Classic
When: Monday, November 12, 2018
Where: Hearthstone Country Club, Houston, Texas

Join us for a day of community in support of those living with early onset Alzheimer’s disease. Proceeds from the 4th Annual Forget-Me-Not Golf Classic will provide continuous one-on-one support and care planning for individuals, care partners, and children impacted by early onset Alzheimer’s disease. The services provided by the Gayle Wells Foundation for Early Onset Alzheimer’s & Care will be at no cost to the individual, care partner, and family.
