Advocate

Early onset Alzheimer’s disease is often minimized thus creating additional hardships
for those living with the disease, their care partners and family members. To help bring
awareness to the community about early onset Alzheimer’s disease and the Gayle
Wells Foundation for Early Onset Alzheimer’s & Care, we are seeking advocates to
assist with our mission.

We believe it is important to have advocates in the workplace, schools, spiritual &
religious organizations, and in your local communities. If you are interested in receiving
