The Gayle Wells Foundation for Early Onset Alzheimer's & Care was formed in honor of Gayle Wells. We are dedicated to providing education, resources, programs, and training for individuals that have been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease, their families, children, caregivers, employers, and healthcare professionals, in an effort to create a consistent continuum of care.
